The insoles are designed with a thick, contoured heel cup for superior cushioning, while the forefoot area is thinner to avoid restrictions. The thicker model can be heat-molded to the foot before being inserted into shoes or can be used as is in extra-depth footwear. To soften the insoles for molding, heat them in a 300°F convection oven for two minutes. Each order includes a pair of insoles, with Size A suitable for Women's shoe sizes 5 to 8 and Men's sizes 4 to 6.
